I have worked with Cynthia several times over the last 15 years, buying and selling several homes. We sold our first home because our family was growing and our house was shrinking. Cynthia was on the ball, we had 5 offers on the first day it went on the market, 100 people came to the open house. We broke the Village record for price per square foot. Then purchased a larger home, Cynthia worked tirelessly to make sure that went through without a hitch, even though the seller had huge legal problems. It was smooth sailing. During the course of living there, we did some renovations, I asked Cynthia for some good honest, hard-working people, she has so many wonderful connections with excellent contractors. Our house grew large, our children went to college, also decided to divorce. So Cynthia then sold our big house and helped us find two new homes. This can be an extremely traumatic and tumultuous time, the only part of division of our household that ran smoothly was the selling of our old house. This entailed packing up most of the house, painting and re-carpeting, getting the house ready for sale. Cynthia was there the entire process. Our house sold in record time and for an incredible price in a slow market. I just wish Cynthia could have come and helped me unpack.
